Poster produced at the end of the First World War, during the Allied occupation of Germany. Proclamation regarding "damage being done to British telephone and telegraph cable and appliances within the Occupied Territory", and the potential punishment of the community if further such acts are committed. Declared by Alfred Alexander Kennedy, Major-General, British Military Governor of Occupied German Territory. Dated December 27th, 1919.
