    • Folder one -- correspondence invoices, receipts and meeting minutes for the Committee. Including documentation pertaining to the making and purchase of the WWI Roll of Honour, for the Auckland Province, on permanent display in the World War One Sanctuary. This Roll of Honour is comprised of 2 volumes and was handwritten by Major PB Greenhough (service no.: 2/832), the gold leaf frontispieces were made by Louise Tilsley and the bronze caskets they are housed in were made by sculptor Richard O Gross.
    • Folder two -- Cash book for the Auckland Provincial Roll of Honour Fund.
    • Folder three and four -- Ledger of costs for the Auckland Provincial Roll of Honour Fund. Includes; accumulated funds, savings account balances, interest earned, bank charges incurred and income and expenditure.
