Archaeologist

Professor Thegn Ladefoged is a Hawaiian trained archaeologist. His interests are climate change, environmental degradation and subsistence change in Rapa Nui and agricultural development and socio-political transformations in Hawaii.

More recently he has carried out research in New Zealand looking at sourcing and movement of obsidian.
