Venue hire at Auckland Museum
We are making some exciting changes to what the Museum offers and this means we are closing our South Atrium entrance and foyer until mid-2020.
All visitors will need to enter through the Memorial Entrance into the Grand Foyer; this is the entrance that faces towards Rangitoto.
You can still use our underground carpark if you would like secure, paid parking but there will be no access into the Museum directly from the carpark. To enter the Museum you can exit the carpark using the walkway and take the short walk to the Memorial Entrance. The map to the right shows this route.
For more information on mobility parking and accessibility please visit our access page.
The maps below show the galleries inside the Museum. You can pick up our printed daily What’s On when you arrive which will also have these maps.
We thank you for your patience as we go through this exciting transformation!
