Mother's intial incorrectly typed in the Nominal Roll as M. AWMM - Maketu Footballer War Prisoner - Mrs. M. Rolleston, of Maketu, has received a letter from her son, Pte. Christie Rolleston, who was previously reported killed in action in Crete, saying that he is a prisoner of war and is in hospital somewhere in Greece. In his communication to his mother, Pte. Rolleston says he was .wounded but is recovering. The hospital in which he is a patient is conducted by Austrians under German laws, and the prisoners of war are being well treated. Pte.
