    He is buried in the Whangara Urupa, Whangara, Gisborne

    Served in the 28th Maori Battalion WWII 39639.
    Survived by his daughters Doris, Ani, Rita, and son Api.

    His wife, Riria PRIESTLEY died in 1972 and us also buried in the Whangara Urupa
