  • Dearest Parp Im proud to know you were one of the many sent to war to protect your country and the future of your family generation. I was 8 when you passed and have grown to appreciate you and your fellow veterans The Maori Battalion 👍who went on behalf of our people. Its been hard being a Maori papa but I suppose it was harder too in your time. I remember your big eyes and by joes I bet you those pukana eyes of hours scared a few foes. Anyway I love you heaps and you have 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. And your Wkiriwhi name carries on. Love always💖 Rest Easy Parp Pukana Mai O Whatu..... P.S Give my love to Mum xoxo😢
