  • Parents, Raniera and Heni had two sons die in the First World War: Eruera Kawhia (16/95) and Potene Tuhoro (16/769). They went on to have two more sons and they named them in memory of the older boys. The namesakes are: Eruera Armentieres Tuhoro (802247) and Potene Brockenhurst Tuhoro.
