    The Sub Deacon of St Albans, Dominion Road, Auckland noted that the Church records describe a memorial plaque for Cecil Frank Booth (21485) and James Charles Booth (456430), commissioned by Mary H. Booth.The plaque was missing in 2014. AWMM
