  • Visited John's birth place in Ballymacpierce Ireland where his medals are on display in the farm house where he was born. In 2015 attended the centenary ANZAC parade in Eltham NZ where John enlisted. The ELtham community had erected white crosses in the RSA section of the cemetery with the names of those that did not return. We will remember them.
