  • I am researching the family history and James Robert is the oldest son to Chow Tie and Grace Kerr born in Lawrence , raised in the chinese camp Young Robert as he was know went to school , left at 11 worked at Naseby and Gimmerburn cutting thistles and planting pine trees He loved his family and Cousin Annie his uncles surviving daughter He was a sensitive man , gentle and went to war because his friends did and it was an adventure , Sadly he was killed, this broke his mothers heart . Robert today is 100 years of some of your poems and letters A sweet caring young man I will treasure you always xxxcc
