  • Thank you Grandad for fighting for your country and family which took your young life away from your loved ones. The baby son Richard you left behind in Te Kuiti grew up to be a strong handsome brave man just like you. He was raised lovingly by all of your whanau from Te Kuiti. He is now at rest with you. To the day he died he cherished your memory. We will always honour your courage and sacrafice. Your loving grand daughter Ngahora Atiria Bell.
