      Husband of Ila M. Goffe, of Glen Oroua, Wellington. AWMM
    • His full birth name is Te Pura Goffe. He was the son of Rangipero & Uatoahu Netalie (nee Tamati) Goffe. Dudu was a nickname. His birth year is given as 1922, and birth place is Waitara, Taranaki, NZ which made him only 21 years old when he was killed in the war. He was the eighth (8th) child in a family of nine (9).
