  • Kia Ora I am a direct descendant of Haimora Kereopa as follows: His mother was my grandmothers mother and we have recently been to Whirinaki to get his war medals for my son Casey Namana to take and wear while he is over in Gallipoli for Anzac day this year. A proud moment for him and our whanau. Uncle, you have given your life for your country and every year we honor you, this year it is done in such a special way that one of your whanau wear your medals on the 100th anniversary on the ground that you lay. We will remember them always and forever
