  • Dear Great, Great Grandfather Tomati My name is Johannes Seleni Tale Anae son of Ioane Anae, and Ilatagaloa Tamauka. I am the second brother of three brothers and the youngest sister. I am here at the Auckland Museum 25th April 2015 with Uncle Michael, Aunty Ofaligi and Nana. Until now I was never informed we had any relatives in the wars. So to this, on behalf of my mother, brother and sister, would like to express my utmost gratitude and love for your ultimate sacrifice for our family and this country. You truly are an inspiration for myself and our family. What you must have gone through at the time, I cannot imagine. So I take it upon myself to ensure that my brothers and sister, and future children to be well educated on the sacrifices our family as well as the rest of this country has made. May you rest in peace my beloved Great, Great Grandfather Tomati, and always know that yo
