  • A gentle soul. Survived Gallipoli, served in the Medical Corps in The Somme, died of wounds suffered at The Somme a year later, in 1917. His friend James Flower Raxworthy Comer photographed his burial and his grave. RIP dear g-uncle, remembered through the generations.
