  • Turoa Pohatu (senior) was my great-grandfather. His son (my grandfather) was also Turoa Pohatu. After the war, he and Raiha Kiwi separated and he moved to the village of Te Kuri in Gisborne. Ka maumahara tatou i a ratou mā.
