Obituary

TWO BROTHERS KILLED.
TROOPERS J. F AND T. R. GRAHAM
On January 15th - news was received by Mr John Fairlie Graham, manager of Rototahi station, that his eldest son Trooper John Fairlie Graham had been killed in action in Egypt oh January 10th. This morning it was discharged that an official announcement had also been sent out on the same date that Mr Graham's second son, Trooper Thomas Robert Graham, had also been killed in the same action, but: through some clerical error the telegrams had been addressed Patutahi instead of Rototahi. The two boys had been through the Gallipoli campaign together and had also shared in the engagements in Egypt. A third brother is also on active service. Thomas Robert Graham was aged about 22 years, and enlisted with the 5th Reinforcements.
