  • WAIROA, July 14.' A Maori returned soldier, Phillip Kaimoana, who was badly gassed and crippled and is now suffering from an incurable complaint, has been missing from his home at Frasertown since yesterday. He left a letter stating that he was tired of life and afraid that others might contract the disease. A search by the police failed to trace him. Drowning is feared. Public - Lorraine M - Researcher - 22 April 2016 - Press, Volume LXIX, Issue 20908, 15 July 1933, Page 20
