  • I am the grandson of Turner Bell, he raised me as one of his own, after the death of my mother, who was the eldest of his 18 children. Granddad had shrapnel inside his body which remained in him till his death in 1978. he is buried in the cemetery at the Te Tokanga nui A noho marae in Te Kuiti.
