The Hare (Harris) brothers of Hutoia, Hokianga. Left to Right: Titipa, Waaka and Whare Hare in Territorial uniforms, c.1912. As Pte Arthur Harris, Whare would embark with the 13th Maori Reinforcements in January 1917. Seated in armchairs are their parents, Moa and Ngawai Hare (nee Tipene).
