Te mwae ni wiin te kua kewe. Porpoise teeth neck ornament, This mwae (neck ornament) consists of two wiin te kua kewe (porpoise teeth) as pendants perforated at the root and strung to a cord of te nimwaerere (fine twine of human hair and coconut sennit). Although one is significantly larger than the other, each are a yellowed off-white colour.
