Two copies. The first ('clean') copy contains photographic illustrations of the following exhibiting artists' works: Ellen von Meyern, Ethel M. Baker, C.F. Kelly, Richard Wallwork, Edward Fristrom, E.W. Payton, W. Greene, T.L. Drummond, K. Watkins, Amy Dawson, E.M. Walrond, Beatrice C. Dobbie, E.M. de Vidtz and J.D. Perrett.

The second copy is the Secretary's office copy. Includes inserted and loose administrative notes and memoranda. One item of note is a letter to Samuel Stuart, Secretary of the ASA, from Charles Blomfield, dated 29 May 1912, regarding the urgent sale of three of his works: No. 14 'Mahinapua Creek, No. 72 'Aratiatia Rapids, and No. 91 Mt. Aspiring.
