+How do I get a MyMuseum Card?

Simply click on the 'sign up now' button above. Remember, each adult (over 18) in your household needs to have their own card.

+When will my MyMuseum card be ready for collection?

You're able to collect your card right away. Once you've shown our friendly team your proof of Auckland address, they'll print your card and hand it to you. 

+Why do you need my email address?

From time to time we may send MyMuseum card holders an email with information about their card or the programme. You can opt out of these at any time. If you have opted in to receive our regular What’s On email, then we send that to the email address you’ve provided.

+What is your privacy policy? How will you use my personal data?

Our privacy policy explains how we use and store your data, how we’re allowed to contact you and changes to your personal information.

+How can I update my postal address or contact information?

You can change any of your personal details by logging into your Museum account using your email address and password.

+Can I get a MyMuseum card for my business?

Sorry, no. MyMuseum cards are for individuals only and non-transferrable. 

+Can I visit the Museum without my MyMuseum card?

Of course! Just let the Visitor Host know that you don't have your card with you. They'll ask you a couple of questions to confirm you're a MyMuseum account holder.

+How do I replace a lost MyMuseum card?

It happens. If you've lost your MyMuseum card, simply stop by the front desk with some identification and we’ll issue a replacement card on the spot. 

+When will I receive my MyMuseum eNewsletter?

We send regular What’s On updates to MyMuseum cardholders who have opted in to receive them. If you aren’t getting email updates from us, please log into your account and check you’ve opted in by ticking the email box.
