You can register for your new MyMuseum card online today. It’s quick and easy and you can pick up your new card next time you visit. Just remember to bring along some proof that you are an Auckland resident on your first visit after signing up, and our helpful team will provide you with your new card.
If you have the old MyMuseum card, now’s a great time to register and get one of our bright, new cards, each featuring a different Museum collection item.
Registering is easy and your new card will be waiting for you to pick up next time you visit.
Each adult (over 18) in your household will need their own account and card.

You're able to collect your card right away. Once you've shown our friendly team your proof of Auckland address, they'll print your card and hand it to you.
From time to time we may send MyMuseum card holders an email with information about their card or the programme. You can opt out of these at any time. If you have opted in to receive our regular What’s On email, then we send that to the email address you’ve provided.
You can change any of your personal details by logging into your Museum account using your email address and password.

Of course! Just let the Visitor Host know that you don't have your card with you. They'll ask you a couple of questions to confirm you're a MyMuseum account holder.
It happens. If you've lost your MyMuseum card, simply stop by the front desk with some identification and we’ll issue a replacement card on the spot.
We send regular What’s On updates to MyMuseum cardholders who have opted in to receive them. If you aren’t getting email updates from us, please log into your account and check you’ve opted in by ticking the email box.
From time to time we may email you about the MyMuseum programme. You can opt out of these emails at any time.
